Mr. Daniel R. Andrew, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 10:10 p.m. Members present ; Jerome Zimmer Donna Naidow Sue Sobolewski Donald Vyhnalek Judith Scurto Daniel Andrew Member absent : Joseph J. Falk. Herman Kluver Judith Scurto Messrs. John J. Nagy, Planning Director; H. G. Shane, Assistant Planning Director; and Ralph H, Bakewell , Planner IV, were also present. On a motion duly made by Mr. Morrow, seconded by Mr. Zimmer and unanimously adopted, it was 17-137-83 RESOLVED that, the City Planning Commission pursuant to Section 23.0.1 (b) of Zoning Ordinance #543, does hereby establish and order that a Public. Hearing be held to determine whether or not to rezone property located on the southeast corner of Seven Mile and Haggerty Roads in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, from C-2 to P. 0. II . L FURTHER RESOLVED that, notice of such hearing shall be given as provided in Section 23.05 of Ordinance #543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, as amended. Mr. Andrew, Chairman, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution adopted. • On a motion duly made by Mrs, Sobolewski , seconded by Mrs. Naidow and unanimously adopted, it was 17-138-83 RESOLVED that, the City Planning Commission does hereby rescind approval of Planning Commission resolution #6-130-83 which resolution approved the installation of Cluster Mail boxes in Hidden Pines Subdivision located on the west side of Merriman Road, south of Seven Mile Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, and does hereby further indicate that in the future should themajority of home owners of the subject subdivision agree to the use of the cluster mail boxes for postal service, as evidenced by a petition filed with the Livonia Planning Commission, the Livonia Post Office may again request approval for the use of the Cluster mail boxes, Mr. Andrew, Chairman, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution adopted.
