MINUTES OF THE 348th SPECIAL MEETING
HELD BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
On Tuesday, February 21 , 1984 the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia
held its 348th Special Meeting in the Livonia City Hall , 33000 Civic Center Drive,
Livonia, Michigan.
Mr. Jerome Zimmer, Vice Chairman, called the meeting to order at 10:25 p.m.
Members present: Jerome Zimmer Donna Naidow Sue Sobolewski
Joseph J. Falk Judith Scurto Donald Vyhnalek
Members absent: Daniel R. Andrew Herman Kluver Lee R. Morrow
Messrs. John J. Nagy, Planning Director; H. G. Shane, Assistant Planning Director;
and Ralph H. Bakewell , Planner IV, were also present.
On a motion duly made by Mr. Vyhnalek, seconded by Mrs. Naidow and unanimously adopted,
it was
#2-30-84 RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 18.47 of Zoning Ordinance #543,
the City Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City
Council that Petition 84-2-8-9 by Twin Valley Corporation request-
ing approval of all plans required by Section 18.47 submitted in
connection with a proposal to add a metal mansard to a commercial
center located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Middle-
belt and Garden in Section 36 be approved subject to the following
conditions:
(1) that the Building Elevation Plan prepared by Twin Valley
Corporation, dated 2/15/84, which is hereby approved shall
be adhered to; and
(2) that the two wall signs as shown thereon are hereby approved.
Mr. Zimmer, Vice Chairman, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution
adopted.
On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the 348th Special
Meeting held by the City Planning Commission on February 21 , 1984
was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
