REQUEST TO RELEASE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT, SIDEWALK, GRADING AND SOIL EROSION BONDS: Engineering Division, re: for the Churchill Manor Site Condominiums located west of Newburgh Road between Ann Arbor Trail and Joy Road, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31. 23.
