ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as amended, Department of Law, re: Petition 2016-08-01-05 submitted by Michael Gowen, requesting to rezone a portion of the property located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Newburgh Road and Jarvis Avenue (38105 Plymouth Road), in the Southeast ¼ of Section 30, from C-1 (Local Business) to R-1 (One Family Residential). WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2016-10-02-19 submitted by Animal Care Clinic of Livonia, in connection with a proposal to operate a veterinary clinic located on the northwest corner of Joy Road and Harrison Avenue (28450 Joy Road) in the Southwest ¼ of Section 36. 15.
