Motion to approve made by Don Knapp, seconded by Jim Kline. New Business: Wilson Barn- Ken Stempien contacted the commission regarding using previously approved tiles to repair some tiles at the base of the silo. Current Issues: Discussed possible graves at Newburgh Cemetery to be incorporated in September 2016 Walk. Due to rainout today, the next walk through has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 10 at 6 p.m. PA 169 — Mothballed "indefinitely suspend" for now. The 2016 Voting Meeting Schedule discussed. Voting meetings in August and November of 2016. The LHPC 2017 budget was discussed and is due in June 2016. Stones at Newburg Cemetery that need restoration are to be located and marked. Asa B. Smith invited Zumda's to future meeting to show Kator House. The house has been sold and new owner has contacted the commission about what they can or cannot do to it. The Asa B. Smith house and Kator house were discussed. The new owner of the house at 10010 Start contacted Kathie Glynn regarding what changes to the house require the owner to obtain HPC approval. The Livonia Center Cemetery arch is 50% complete. Question from the American Legion Post 32 has been referred to the Historic Commission. Certified Local Government- Danielle will research. The Pinetree house was viewed and discussed. Updates: Jewelry Sale was very successful. June Flea Market is June 5, 2016. Nankin Mills Schoolhouse: cost to move being evaluated.
