• Cleaning was done at the Shaw and Kingsley houses by 2 Elders from the
Church of Jesus Crist of Latter Day Saints in conjunction with Kathie Glynn
and Louise Scanlan;The schoolhouse will be done on Thursday the 19th of
May.
Restoration
Eagle Scout project update: no update as of now
Needs
Other items
• New Volunteer Orientation: 12 new volunteers
• Season Opener: Pretty well attended
• Efforts to adopt a garden –Connie Vokal will be undertaking the Blue
House
• All signs need to be moved to one area
• Donation of a clock and a rocking chair
• Tea for Irish Festival will be done near the cultural tent in either Shaw or
Kingsley–Irish Rose Tea will be served
o They will be allowed a spot at the flea market for selling tickets for 3
the Irish Festival —
• Scheduling flea market volunteers
• Food for Flea Market:
o Hot dogs and Buns
o Coffee and doughnuts
