Disposition), of Title 3 adding Section 050 to dispose of city property utilizing a
streamlined process.
8. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION OF THE PROPOSED SALE OF CITY-
OWNED PROPERTY ACQUIRED THROUGH THE WAYNE COUNTY TAX
FORECLOSURE PROGRAM USING FUNDS FROM THE FEDERAL
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM: Livonia
Housing Commission, re: for the property located at 15505 Auburndale to Gina Ali
for a sale price of $79,000.00. (Petition 2016-06-LS-18) (CR 336-16)
