REQUEST TO APPROVE AN ADDENDUM TO THE SPECIALIZED SERVICES VEHICLE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SUBURBAN MOBILITY AUTHORITY FOR REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION (SMART) AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA: Department of Community Resources, re: for the 5310 Vehicle Grant through SMART for the Livonia Community Transit Program. 6. REQUEST TO APPROVE PURCHASES WITH SOLE SUPPLIER, EJ USA, INC. f/k/a EAST JORDAN IRON WORKS, FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR: Public Service Division, re: for the purchase of stormwater, water main and sanitary manhole-related items in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 annually. 7. REQUEST TO REVISE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED CONTRACT WITH ETNA SUPPLY COMPANY, THE SOLE SOURCE PROVIDER OF SENSUS METERS IN MICHIGAN: Public Service Division, re: for water meters and supplies in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000.00 annually. REQUEST TO APPROVE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF WAYNE AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA: Engineering Division, re: for the resurfacing of Farmington Road from Seven Mile Road to Base Line Road, with the city’s participation to be $119,645.00 from budgeted funds. 9. REQUEST TO EXPAND THE VEGETATION MANAGEMENT EASEMENT BY INTERNATIONAL TRANSMISSION COMPANY: Department of Law, re: for five properties containing single family homes located at 36600 Ann Arbor Trail, 36622 and 36664 Angeline Circle, 36585 and 36586 Pinetree. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 10. AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AND THE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING FOR THE NEWBURGH ROAD AND AMRHEIN ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADE: Engineering Division, re: in conjunction with the Amrhein Reconstruction Project for a dedicated right turn lane for southbound Newburgh Road at Amrhein Road along with traffic signals to be modernized with a box span configuration with a reimbursement up to $800,000.00 from Ashley Capital. 11. PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT: Department of Assessment, re: the assessment roll for the Saville Row Site Condominiums, located north of Joy Road and west of Wayne Road, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31. PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT: Engineering Division, re: to determine necessity in the Washington Park Site Condominiums, located south of Ann Arbor Road and west of Hix Road, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 31. Public Hearing held on Wednesday, July 19, 2017. 13. REZONING PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2017-05-01-02 submitted by Brian Duggan, on behalf of Soave/Oro Construction, L.L.C., to rezone property located on the west side of Farmington Road between Pickford and Clarita Roads (18761 Farmington Road), in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, from OS (Office Services) to R-1 (One Family Residential – 60’ x 120’ Lot). Public Hearing held on Wednesday, July 19, 2017. 14. REZONING PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2017-05-01-03 submitted by Brian Duggan, on behalf of Soave/Oro Construction, L.L.C., to rezone the properties located on the west side of Farmington Road between Pickford and Curtis Roads (18491, 18489, 18481, 18477, 18451, 18431, 18421 and 18363 Farmington Road), in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, from OS (Office Services) to R-1 (One Family Residential – 60’ x 120’ Lot). ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Brian Gielow, as part of a lot split in order to obtain 60’ right-of-way for Ann Arbor Trail, for the property located at 35300 Ann Arbor Trail, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33.
