PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to amend Chapter 4 (Dogs), of Title 6, Section 040, to clarify the requirement relative to pets on leashes at City parks to ensure that the Code of Ordinances does not prohibit conduct authorized in the dog park.
