1. REQUEST TO APPROVE AND RECOGNIZE THE CLARENCEVILLE HIGH
SCHOOL HOMECOMING PARADE TO BE HELD ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13,
2017; REQUEST TO APPROVE THE PARADE ROUTE AND THE CLOSING OF
CERTAIN CITY STREETS; AND REQUEST TO DESIGNATE AND AUTHORIZE
SENIOR POLICE OFFICER MICHAEL ARAKELIAN TO SIGN THE WAYNE
COUNTY ROAD COMMISSION PERMIT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY TO CLOSE
A PORTION OF MIDDLEBELT ROAD, WITH THE CITY TO ASSUME LIABILITY
FOR ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS WHICH MAY ARISE AS A RESULT OF THE ROAD
CLOSURE: Kevin Murphy, Athletic Director, re: same.
2. REQUEST TO APPROVE OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CHARTER COUNTY OF WAYNE AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA:
Department of Parks and Recreation, re: utilizing grant funds of $111,526.00 to
be used for the improvements at Rotary, Botsford and Clements Circle Parks.
3. AWARD OF BID: Livonia Fire and Rescue, re: for the addition and remodel of the
interior of Livonia Fire Station 1, from budgeted funds. (CR 292-17)

4. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured
without monetary consideration from Schoolcraft College, for a 12-foot wide water
main easement in connection with the water main constructed in the College Park
Condominium (17440 College Parkway), in the Southwest ¼ of Section 7.
(Tax ID No. 46-189-01-0013-000)
5. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured
without monetary consideration from Schoolcraft College, for a 20-foot wide
sanitary sewer easement in connection with the sanitary sewer constructed in the
College Park Condominium (17450 College Parkway), in the Southwest ¼ of
Section 7. (Tax ID No. 46-189-01-0014-000)
6. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured
without monetary consideration from Schoolcraft College, for a 20-foot wide water
main easement in connection with the water main constructed at Schoolcraft
College (18600 Haggerty Road and 17950 College Parkway), in the Southwest ¼
of Section 7. (Tax ID No. 46-027-99-0001-003 and 46-189-99-0037-000)
