Motion made by Deanna Brown and seconded by Patty Trojan. He has a mason on board to do the blocks for the foundation and the materials should be delivered soon with work starting shortly after that. It will take a few weeks to be completed. • Institute of Museum and Library Services Nomination: We were nominated by David Trott. Emily is working on the necessary paperwork. • Greenmead Clerk Posting: The posting went out to city employees that would do a lateral slide into the department. If there is no interest, it will go out to the public. • Experience the One Room School Brochures: Emily has created the brochures. There is a $75 base fee for 25 students with an addition $3 cost for each additional student. There is a rental on October 25th and 26th for a charter school. • WiFi Expansion: It will cost roughly $1,000 to get WiFi at the Hinbern. • Halloween Event: Maureen Casey is looking for set-up, event, and clean-up volunteers. Please see the attached list for building assignments. Accessioning is being worked on by Danielle Lewon and Kathie Glynn. They are working to figure out what we have and where it is.
