APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-01-01: Gupta-Livonia, LLC, 13331 Reeck, Southgate, MI
48195, on behalf of Lessee Bear Athletics, 48190 Ten Mile, Novi, MI 48374, seeking to
operate an indoor recreational facility within an M-2 (General Manufacturing) zoning
district, on property located on the south side of Schoolcraft (27495) between Inkster
and Middlebelt, which is not allowed.
