APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-10-61 (Tabled on December 12, 2017): Patrick and
Dianne Tarbet, west side of Wayne (9535) between Ann Arbor Trail and West
Chicago, seeking to construct a detached garage while maintaining an attached garage,
resulting in excess number of garages, garage area and the detached garage being excess
in height. The existing shed to be removed, which is 198 square feet.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-12-67 (Rescheduled from January 9, 2018): Jeff and
Vanessa Schembri, east side of Wayne (18100) between Curtis and Bennett,
seeking to construct a detached garage while maintaining an attached garage, resulting in
excess number of garages and garage area.

APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-02-03: Ashurst, LLC, 27750 Stansbury Blvd., Ste. 200,
Farmington Hills, MI 48334, on behalf of Lessee Tuff Shed, 34425 Schoolcraft,
Livonia, MI 48150, seeking to continue the storage/display of finish product (accessory
buildings) within the side yard on property located on the south side of Schoolcraft
(34425) between Wayne and Ashurst Court, which is not allowed. All storage must
be within the rear yard.
