1. REAPPOINTMENT OF JACOB GHANNAM TO THE LIVONIA BOARD OF
ETHICS: Office of the Mayor, re: for a three-year term, which will expire on March
1, 2021.
2. REQUEST TO APPROVE POLICE RESERVE HOURLY WAGE INCREASE: Civil
Service Department, re: as requested by the Chief of Police and approved by the
Civil Service Commission at its regular meeting of January 17, 2018.
3. REQUEST TO APPROVE HOURLY WAGE INCREASE FOR SCHOOL
CROSSING GUARDS: Civil Service Department, re: as requested by the
Chief of Police and approved by the Civil Service Commission at its
regular meeting of January 17, 2018.

4. AWARD OF CONTRACT PROGRAM USING THE NATIONAL JOINT POWERS
ASSOCATION (NJPA): Department of Parks & Recreation, re: for skate park
repairs at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center, from budgeted funds.
5. REQUEST FOR INCREASE IN GREEN FEES: Department of Parks &
Recreation, re: for Fox Creek, Idyl Wyld, and Whispering Willows Golf Courses,
effective with the opening of 2018 season.
6. REQUEST FOR INCREASE IN CART FEES: Department of Parks & Recreation,
re: for Fox Creek, and Whispering Willows Golf Courses, effective with the
opening of 2018 season.
7. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks & Recreation, re: of various items of
clothing for the 2018 and 2019 departmental needs.
8. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks & Recreation, re: for patio replacement
outside George Murphy’s at Fox Creek Golf Course, from budgeted funds.
9. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks & Recreation, re: for the Universal
Playground at Rotary Park, from budgeted funds.
10. REQUEST TO AMEND COUNCIL RESOLUTION 182-15: Department of Parks
& Recreation, re: for the cooling tower repairs to be done under the existing
HVAC contract at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center, from budgeted funds.
11. REQUEST TO APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE SUBLEASE AND
HEALTH SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ST. MARY MERCY LIVONIA:
Department of Parks & Recreation, re: to renovate and change room inside the
facility, as well as extend the term of the lease until March 31, 2026.

12. REQUEST TO ADVISE THE WAYNE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SERVICES (PERMIT SECTION) THAT THE CITY HAS APPROVED THE
STORM SEWER PLANS AND WILL ACCEPT JURISDICTION AND
MAINTENANCE OF THE STORM SEWER WITHIN THE PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE EAST SIDE OF MIDDLEBELT ROAD, BETWEEN FIVE MILE ROAD
AND SIX MILE ROAD, AND REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY ENGINEER
TO EXECUTE A WAYNE COUNTY PERMIT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY:
Engineering Division, re: for the development of Zeal Credit Union at 15950
Middlebelt Road, located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 13, and for Zeal Credit
Union to reimburse the City for any such maintenance that may become
necessary.

13. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 543,
AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: Petition 2017-09-01-05 submitted by
the City Planning Commission, to rezone the city-owned property located on the
west side of Farmington Road between the CSX Railroad right-of-way and
Schoolcraft Road (13335 Farmington Road), in the Northeast ¼ of Section 28,
from M-1 (Light Manufacturing to PL (Public Land).
Public Hearing held January 22, 2018.
14. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended: Department of Law, re: of Title 13, Chapter 42 (Fats, Oils and
Grease) Section 090, in order to ensure enforcement that restaurants, bakeries
and other food processors properly dispose of fats, oils and grease.
15. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION OF THE PROPOSED SALE OF CITY-
OWNED PROPERTY ACQUIRED THROUGH THE WAYNE COUNTY TAX
FORECLOSURE PROGRAM USING FUNDS FROM THE FEDERAL
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM: Livonia
Housing Commission, re: for the property located at 16147 Henry Ruff to Jeff
Zajac for a sale price of $5,648.32. (CR 271-17)
16. REQUEST FOR INFORMAL APPROVAL OF PROPOSED PROGRAM AND
TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR THE 2018-2019 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM: Livonia Housing Commission, re: so that a
second public hearing can be held on this matter, after which time a final program
and budget will be forwarded to Council for formal adoption.
17. REZONING PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2017-10-01-06
submitted by Southwest Housing Solutions, to rezone the property located on the
south side of Eight Mile Road, between Brentwood Avenue and Middlebelt Road
(29023 Eight Mile Road) in the Northwest ¼ of Section 1, from C-1 (Local
Business to Os (Office Services).
Public Hearing held on January 22, 2018.
18. REZONING PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2017-10-01-07,
submitted by Feldman Automotive, Inc., to rezone the rear portion of the property
located on the north side of Plymouth Road between Farmington and Start
Roads (33850 Plymouth Road) in the Southeast ¼ of Section 28, from M-1 (Light
Manufacturing) to C-2 (General Business).
Public Hearing held on January 22, 2018.

19. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured
without monetary consideration from Schoolcraft Hospitality, LLC, for a public utility
easement in connection with the development of a new water main constructed at
28151 Schoolcraft Road, in the North ½ of Section 25. (Tax ID No. 46-097-99-
0021-021)

20. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured
without monetary consideration from Schoolcraft Hospitality, LLC, for a public utility
easement in connection with the development of a new sanitary sewer constructed
at 28151 Schoolcraft Road, in the North ½ of Section 25. (Tax ID No. 46-097-99-
0021-021).
21. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured
without monetary consideration from Livonia Corporate Center 1 & 2 LLC, for a
public utility easement in connection with the development of a new sanitary sewer
constructed at 28101 Schoolcraft Road, in the North ½ of Section 25. (Tax ID No.
46-097-99-0021-020).
22. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured
without monetary consideration from Scott and Shukran Morgan, for a variable
width public utility easement in connection with the development of a new storm
sewer constructed at 11853 Adams Ct., in the Southwest ¼ of Section 30. (Tax ID
No. 46-119-99-0031-004)
