APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-09-39: Jenise Thompson, south side of Munger (30035)
between Henry Ruff and Middlebelt, seeking to erect a six-foot-tall wood privacy
fence beyond the center of the side yard, nearer to the front of the house, and not
obtaining the adjoining property owners approval, which is required since the fence is
also on the lot line.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-09-40: Aaron Johnson, 18363 Foch, Livonia, MI 48152,
seeking to overturn the Inspection Department’s determination that the property located
on the west side of Foch (18357) between Pickford and Curtis is a valid
nonconforming use as a two-family residence.
