to Section 11.03(r) of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, to utilize an SDM liquor license (sale of packaged beer and wine) in connection with the convenience store
(7-Eleven) within the gas station (Mobil) at 29321 Eight Mile Road, located on the southeast corner of Eight Mile and Middlebelt Roads in the Northwest ¼ of Section 1.
After your review, we would appreciate receiving your report relative to compliance with City of Livonia Ordinances and any other public safety matters involved in your area of expertise
so these points may be considered by the Planning Commission and City Council when making their determinations.
