1.Petition 2019-02-03-02 submitted by Jude’s Investments, Inc.pursuant to Section
12.08 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances of the City of Livonia, as amended, to
determine whether or not to vacate a portion of the existing public utility easement at
33265 Schoolcraft Road, located on the southeast corner of Schoolcraft and Farmington
Roads in the Northwest ¼ of Section 27.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEM
2.Petition 2019-02-08-05submitted by St. Michael Parishrequesting approval of all
plans required by Section 18.58 ofthe City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as
amended, in connection with a proposal to construct alobby/gathering spaceaddition to
the churchlocated at 11441 HubbardRoad, located on the southwest corner ofHubbard
andPlymouthRoadsin the Northwest ¼of Section 34.
