REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: Engineering Division, re: from Laurel Park Retail Properties, LLC, a Delaware Corporation, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drainage system that provides adequate drainage from property developed at 37800 Six Mile Road (Panera Bread), in the Southeast ¼ of Section 7. 12. ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to amend Section 20 of Chapter 52 (Fireworks) of Title 8 to bring our ordinance in line with Michigan statute MCLA 28.457, regarding the ignition, discharge and use of consumer fireworks within the City. First Read given by Councilmember Meakin on June 17, 2019. 15. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended Department of Law, re: to add Chapter 06 (Small Cell Wireless Facilities Deployment) to Title 12, to bring our ordinance in line with the Small Wireless Communications Facilities Deployment Act. First Read given by Councilmember Kathleen McIntyre on June 17, 2019. 16. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, Department of Law, re: to rename Chapter 05 (Telecommunications subject to the Metropolitan Extension Telecommunications Right-Of-Way Oversite (METRO Act) to Title 12, to bring our ordinance in line with the Small Wireless Communications Facilities Deployment Act. First Read given by Councilmember Cathy White on June 17, 2019. 17. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2019-04-02-05 submitted by Piano Shoe Properties L.L.C., to utilize a Micro Brewer license, redevelop site, expand parking lot and modify exterior façade of the existing building on property located on the south side of Seven Mile Road between Inkster Road and Harrison Avenue (27717 and 27719 Seven Mile Road) in the Northeast ¼ of Section 12. 18.
