APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-07-29 (Tabled on July 16, 2019): Lisa Harlow, south side
of West Chicago (27501), between Cardwell and Inkster, seeking to erect a five-foot-
tall open picket fence on residential property, resulting in excess fence height.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-08-36: Mouna Harake, 48035 12 Oaks Crescent Drive,
#6066, Novi, MI 48377, seeking to construct a single family dwelling with attached
garage on property located on the south side of Sarah Beth Lane (34651), between
Sarah and Laurel Court, resulting in deficient rear yard setback and exceeding the
finished first floor height from the established grade.
