APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-08-36: Mouna Harake, 48035 12 Oaks Crescent Drive, #6066, Novi, MI 48377, seeking to construct a single family dwelling with attached garage on property located on the south side of Sarah Beth Lane (34651), between Sarah and Laurel Court, resulting in deficient rear yard setback and exceeding the finished first floor height from the established grade.
