APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-03-07 (Tabled on March 12, 2019): Nathan Bosscher,
east side of Farmington (16382) between Bell Creek and Bloomfield, seeking to
maintain an accessory building “lean-to” addition, resulting in excess area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-05-16: Ashley Sowders, east side of Hillcrest (14100)
between Schoolcraft and Lyndon, seeking to erect a four-foot-tall chain-link fence on
the rear property line of a double frontage lot, resulting in deficient rear yard setback.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-05-17: Livonia Estates LTD c/o IKO Industries LTD, One
Yorkdale Road, Toronto, Ontario M6A 3A1, on behalf of Lessee Detroit’s Classic
Partners, LLC, 15000 N. Commerce Drive, Dearborn, MI 48120, seeking to perform
sales of classic and exotic vehicles in an industrial zoned district on property located on
the north side of Enterprise Drive (31774), between Hubbard and Merriman, which
is not allowed.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-05-18: Kevin Church, east side of Laurel (9554) between
Pinetree and south end, seeking to construct a detached garage while maintaining an
attached garage, resulting in excess number of garages and garage area.
