The Public Hearing was called to order at 7:08 p.m. with President Laura Toy presiding.
This is a Public Hearing relative to the Proposed Special Assessment Street Lighting
Project for the Adams Court Site Condominiums, located south of Plymouth Road,
between Eckles Road and Alois Avenue, in the Southwest ¼ of Section 30.
Establishment of the Assessment Roll. This will be heard at the Regular Council
Meeting of November 6, 2019.
The Public Hearing is now open. There were twenty-seven people in the audience.
Toy: Was there a comment from Council or any direction? No? Yes, is
anybody tackling this one?
Zilincik: Yes, Madam President. Todd Zilincik, City Engineer. Just wanted to let
you know that the two lots for the public hearing of the Roll would be
$89.50 per location. There are two lots, per year. So total cost for
electricity would be $179.00. Any further questions, I’d be happy to
answer those, but again, there would be one streetlight put at the
northeast corner of Plymouth and Adams Court for this condo site
development.
Toy: Thank you.

Zilincik: You’re welcome.
Toy: Council? Your pleasure, your direction?
Jolly: Madam President?
Toy: Yes, please, Vice President Jolly.
Jolly: We still have to go to public communication, but I’ll offer an approving for
necessity.
Toy: We have an approving for necessity, then if there’s no other comments
from Council, we’ll go over to the audience. Anyone wishing to speak on
item 2? All right, thank you very much, we have an approving if there’s no
others then, we’ll close that and go on to item 3.
As there were no further questions or comments, the Public Hearing was declared
closed at 7:10 p.m.
