Plymouth, Michigap Wednesday, April 30, 1947 Vol..8, No. 10 and Hal Newhouser To Be There Too Tomorrow night from 7 to 1 will tell the story whether or not the Livonia Rotary Club has been successful in its drive to obtain funds by means of a Carnival to purchase band uniforms for the High School Band and to buy several hundred dollars worth of athletic gear for the summer recreational program. During the past two months the thirty members of the local Rotary Club have with out a doubt been putting in more time on the Carnival than at their re- spective professions and places of business. ,But they consider that part of Rotary and only ask that the people in the Township back them in this venture. The cooperation from the vari- ous merchants, the P.T.A.'s the Civic organizations and student body has been most gratifying in that these respective groups have really backed the Carnival 100%.
