APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-08-15: Ronald Jones, east side of Danzig (9126),
between Dover and Grandon, seeking to construct a detached garage while
maintaining an existing detached garage, resulting in excess number of garages and
garage area. Note: The combined sizes of the shed, and detached garages exceed the
first-floor house square footage, which is not allowed.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-08-16: Duane Drzazdzynski, east side of Brentwood
(18882), between Clarita and Pickford, seeking to maintain a 30 linear foot section of
six foot tall wood privacy fence erected without a permit and not obtaining approval of
the adjoining property owner. This privacy fence abuts a chain link fence, creating a
double fence, which is not allowed.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-08-18: Kory Hoffmeyer, west side of Purlingbrook
(20209), between Eight Mile and Pembroke, seeking to raze the existing residence
and construct a new single family dwelling with attached garage while maintaining a
detached garage and shed, resulting in excess number of garages and garage/accessory
building area.
