APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-07-13 (Tabled on July 28, 2020): Schoolcraft College,
18600 Haggerty, Livonia, MI, 48152, on behalf of Lessee, Trinity Health, 1600 S.
Canton Center, Ste. 300, Canton, MI 48188, seeking to erect five (5) wall signs and one
(1) ground sign on property located on the east side of St. Joes Parkway (19000)
between Seven Mile and Six Mile, resulting in excess number of wall signs and wall
sign area. Proposed ground sign is excess in height and area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-08-15 (Tabled on August 11, 2020): Ronald Jones, east
side of Danzig (9126), between Dover and Grandon, seeking to remove the existing
detached garage and shed and construct a new detached garage, resulting in excess
garage area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-09-20: A&H Ventures, LLC, 27008 Northmore, Dearborn
Heights, MI 48127, seeking to erect a building addition on property located on the
south side of Six Mile (33411), between Farmington and Pollyanna, resulting in
deficient front (north) yard setback and deficient number of parking spaces.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-09-21: AMAC Building, LLC, 33762 Schoolcraft, Livonia,
MI, 48150, on behalf of Lessee, MI Pharm, LLC, seeking to reconstruct the current
parking area and label the parking spaces such that there is deficient parking space
width. Angled parking spaces are proposed, 45- and 65-degree angled parking, on
property located on the west side of Farmington (15115) between Five Mile and
Lyndon, resulting in deficient parking space depth, length and aisle width.
