APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-10-27: Matthew Paquette, east side of Mayfield (17940)
between Six Mile and Curtis, seeking to maintain a partially completed accessory
building addition, begun without a permit, resulting in excess building area. The
existing shed is nonconforming due to the south side yard setback of four feet where
five feet is required. The same setback now exists with the proposed building addition.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-10-28 Monolithic Power Systems, Inc., 5808 Lake
Washington Blvd. NE, Kirkland, WA 98033, seeking to erect a third wall sign on a
three-story office building on property located on the west side of Victor Parkway
(19499), between Seven Mile and Pembroke, resulting in excess number of wall
signs.
