APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-10-29 (Tabled on October 27, 2020): GRD Livonia, LLC,
1805 State, Ste. 101, Bettendorf, IA 52722, on behalf of Lessee, BioLife Plasma
Services, south side of Plymouth (29959), between Middlebelt and Milburn, seeking
to erect two wall signs and one ground sign, resulting in excess number of wall signs,
and wall sign area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-11-33: Genasen Govender, east side of Mayfield (20130),
between Pembroke and Norfolk, seeking to remove the existing dwelling and
maintain the detached garage. Accessory buildings without a principal dwelling are not
allowed to be the sole structure on residentially zoned property.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2020-11-34: Andrew Bellis, 22509 Masonic, St. Clair Shores,
MI 48082, seeking to erect a one story modular home with attached garage on property
located on the north side of Schoolcraft (37844), between Scone and Hix, resulting in
deficient lot depth and deficient rear yard setback.
