PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
1. Petition 2021-03-01-01 submitted by Fadie Kadaf pursuant to Section 23.01 of the City of
Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, requesting to rezone the property at 28200
Seven Mile Road, located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between Inkster Road and
Brentwood Avenue in the Southeast ¼ of Section 1, from OS (Office Services) to R-7
(Multiple Family Residential).
2. Petition 2021-03-02-04 submitted by EJB Enterprises L.L.C. requesting waiver use
approval pursuant to Section 10.03(l) of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as
amended, to operate a full-service restaurant with drive-up window facilities (Biggby Coffee)
at 38047 Ann Arbor Road, located on the east side of Ann Arbor Road between West
Chicago Boulevard and Ann Arbor Trail in the Northeast ¼ of Section 31.
3. Petition 2021-03-02-05 submitted by MNB Dining Inc. requesting waiver use approval
pursuant to Section 19.06 of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, to
expand the existing food service operation and Class C Liquor License of the existing
restaurant (Thomas’s Family Dining) to include an outdoor dining patio at 33971 Plymouth
Road, located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Farmington and Stark Roads in
the Northeast ¼ of Section 33.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
4. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,166th Public Hearings and Regular Meeting held by the
Planning Commission on March 9, 2021.
