MEETING OF THE ELECTION COMMISSION
Discuss the number of ballot drop boxes and covers to order to prepare for elections in 2023 following adoption of Proposal 2022-3.
Discuss locations on City properties for installation of said ballot drop boxes for City elections in 2023.
Discuss security cameras to be installed at locations where the ballot drop boxes will be located at City locations in 2023.
Discuss how often and by whom the ballot drop boxes will be emptied during election cycles at City locations in 2023.

INTERESTED IN THE MEETING OF THE
ELECTION COMMISSION OF LIVONIA, MICHIGAN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE a meeting of the Election Commission of the City of Livonia will be held on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Fourth Floor Conference Room located on the
Fourth Floor, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, MI 48154.
The meeting has been called to approve Minutes of the Election Commission meeting held July 12, 2022; approve assignment of Election Inspectors, Receiving Boards, and Chairpersons, for
the State General Election to be held Tuesday, November 8, 2022; and approval of alternate workers for emergency substitution if needed; and approval of compensation rates for election
workers.
Proposed minutes of such meeting will be available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the City Clerk not more than eight (8) business days after such
meeting.
