PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS

1. Petition 2023-11-01-06 submitted by Skilken Gold under Sections 13.13 and
13.15 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, requesting to rezone the
westerly 296.70 feet of the property at 15100 Newburgh Road, located on the
southeast corner of Newburgh and Five Mile Roads in the Northwest '/4 of
Section 20, from RUF, Rural Urban Farm to C-2, General Business.
2. Petition 2023-11-02-14 submitted by Rental Equipment Solutions requesting
waiver use approval under Section 6.58 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as
amended, to operate a construction equipment rental business with outdoor
storage at 34147 Schoolcraft Road, located on the south side of Schoolcraft
Road between Stark Road and Ashurst Court in the Northeast'/4 of Section 28.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEM
3. Petition 2023-11-08-08 submitted by S & Z Restaurants, L.L.C. requesting
approval of all plans required by Sections 3.11 and 13.13 of the Livonia Zoning
Ordinance, as amended, in connection with a proposal to add a second drive-
thru lane at the Culver's restaurant at 13030 Middlebelt Road, located on the
east side of Middlebelt Road between the CSX Railroad right-of-way and
Schoolcraft Road in the Northwest'/4 of Section 25.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
4. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,206th Public Hearings and Regular Meeting
held by the Planning Commission on November 14, 2023.
