Representative to join next HRC meeting in March to present V. OLD BUSINESS a. Updates from our subcommittees i. Outreach & Communications – (Haitham) 1. Banner/tent/swag pricing: Rich a. Funds approved by City for banner & tent. 2. Web page – Review a. Discussed and integrated feedback. b. Review updated changes and provide final feedback by 2/27/26. 3. Brochure – Review a. Update brochure to integrate updated pitch. 4. HRC official talking points: Vote stnd a. 1 by Madison Ling, 2 by Denise Collins-Robison b. Approved by all ii. Education – (Denise & Madison) 1. LPS Essay+ a. Vice Chair Haitham is recommending to refine contest to written essays only. 2. Madonna Essay – 2027 Updates a. Jesse Cox will take the prompt as is from the high school version. NEW BUSINESS a. Schoolcraft: Mosaic Arts Award i. Denise Collins-Robison and Madison Ling to attend. b. DEIB Award (Cost) & Attendees i.
