VACATING REQUEST: Dave Bergeron, Assistant Superintendent, Clarenceville
School District, re: the existing Beatrice Avenue right-of-way south of Norfolk
Avenue, adjacent to Lots 16 and 17 in the Elmwood Farms Subdivision, located in
the Northeast 1/4 of Section 2. (Petition 2014-02-03-01)
2. REQUEST TO REFER THE SUBJECT OF THE REPLACEMENT OF STOP
SIGNS ON ELMIRA STREET TO THE ADMINISTRATION: Dan Steele, re:
between Merriman and Hubbard because of safety issues.
3. AWARD OF BID: Department of Community Resources, re: for the purchase of
a technology upgrade and five year maintenance contract for the Livonia
Community Transit call center in the amount of $266,992 from funds budgeted for
this purpose, with the City being reimbursed for $213,594 of that amount under an
approved grant from the Federal Transit Administration. (CR 394-12, CR 273-13,
& CR 313-13)
4. REQUEST TO APPROVE THE EXTENSION OF THE GASOLINE AND DIESEL
FUEL CONTRACT: Public Service Division, re: of gasoline and diesel fuel for the
period of February 1, 2014 through January 31, 2016. (CR 28-12)
5. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Engineering Division, re: for the 2014 Concrete Road
Repair Program — Contract 14-C.
