Subject of the proposed amendment to add Chapter 42 (Installation and Maintenance of Grease Interceptors; Discharge Prohibitions) to Title 13 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, to ensure the proper capture and disposal of fats, oils and grease (“FOG”) rather than being disposed of in the sanitary sewer systems. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 543, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Subsections (b) and (d) of Section 18.42A of Article XVIII (Wireless Communication Facilities) to better insure that operators and colocators do not have radio frequency (RF) energy emissions or other detrimental field output and to require colocators and operators to notify the Inspection Department of changes in ownership and contact information.
