AWARD OF CONTRACTS: Engineering Division, re: for on-call construction Inspection and Testing Services and Inspection Only Services for work performed on City of Livonia property or within the right-of-way for two (2) year contracts expiring on November 30, 2010 with one (1) year renewable clauses. 9. SITE PLAN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2009-04-08-05 submitted by Nudell Evangelista Architects, in connection with a proposal to construct a new clubhouse at the Whispering Willows Golf Course on property located on the east side of Newburgh Road, between Seven Mile Road and Eight Mile Road (20500 Newburgh Road), in the Northwest ¼ of Section 23. 10.
