ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED Department of Law, re to Sections 050
and 100 of Title 3, Chapter 12 (Senior Citizens Housing Tax Exemption) to
more clearly provide for refinancings of MSHDA-financed and/or federally-
aided housing developments and to ensure that they would remain eligible
to provide Payments in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT)
