connection with the relocation of the Archery Range 17 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND WAYNE COUNTY Engineering Division, re for modernizing and adding left-turn phasing in all directions at the intersection of Merriman and Five Mile Roads, with the City's installation portion to be 50% of the total cost and the County to incur the maintenance and energy fees
