TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF A 2002 SDM LICENSED BUSINESS FROM
ALSAD CORP Division of Police, re for the business located at 34395

8 GREENBELT PETITION Planning Commission, re Petition 2002-11-GB-04
submitted by Frisco Holding, LLC requesting approval to substitute a greenbelt
for the protective wall as outlined in Section 18 45 of the Zoning Ordinance for
property located on the east side of Middlebelt Road between Grove Avenue and
Six Mile Road (16880 Middiebelt Road) in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 13
9 CONVEYANCE OF TAX-REVERTED PROPERTIES Department of Law, re
the property located at 19308 Westmore to Ms Priscilla Smith, the property
located at 38900 Six Mile Road to Trinity House Theater, a Michigan corporation,

10 PROPOSED REPEAL OF CHAPTER 96 (ELECTRIC FRANCHISE) OF TITLE 5
OF THE APPENDIX OF THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED, AND CHAPTER 300 (ENERGY UTILITY FRANCHISES) OF TITLE INF
2 OF THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED Department of
Law, re to reflect the State law amendment to the Customer Choice and
Reliability Act (2000 PA 141), known as 2001 PA 48, which provides that lain
alternative electric supplier is not a public utility" and therefore not required to
have a franchise granted by the City (Ordinance Nos 2488 and 2507)
