per the requirements of State statute, M S.A 7 30 and Act 149 of 1984
2 COLLECTION OF THE WAYNE COUNTY REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL
SERVICE AGENCY'S (RESA) TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2003 Office of the City
Clerk, re forwarding a communication from the Associate Superintendent
requesting that the City collect 100% of their intermediate school property taxes

3 REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF AMBULANCE BILLING AND COLLECTION
CONTRACT Department of Finance, re on a month-by-month basis until a
formal contract extension has been negotiated with Medical Management
Systems of Michigan, Inc (MMS) in connection with developing electronic run
reports to minimize the burden of compliance with the new HIPPA guidelines

Traffic Commission, re the possible installation of a "No Thru for Truck Traffic"

-FISCAL YEAR 2003 Department of Community Resources, re with new rates
and classifications to be effective as of October 1, 2002, and no benefits are
provided other than holiday pay after the completion of 480 hours
6 REQUEST TO DISPOSE OF TWO (2) OUT-OF-SERVICE FIRE DEPARTMENT

BUREAU VEHICLES Division of Police, re for the replacement of 13 vehicles,
