Public Service Division, re (1) discontinue the Energy Savings Guarantee portion of the Guaranty Services Program, (2) resume the one-day per week Honeywell on-site staff support of the Guaranty Services Program, and (3) begin a new Honeywell Preferred Mechanical Maintenance Services Program (one year)for our Community Recreation Center
