8 LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVAL. Planning Commission re submitted by
Byblos General Contracting Company, in connection with Petition 2005-
07-08-13, which previously received site plan approval by the City Council
on August 31, 2005 (Council Resolution #439-05) to construct a multi-
tenant commercial building on property located on the southeast corner of
Six Mile and Middlebelt Roads (29335 Six Mile Road) in the Northwest 1/4
of Section 13
9 SITE PLAN APPROVAL. Planning Commission re Petition 2005-09-08-
17 submitted by Mario Tartaglia, requesting approval of all plans in
connection with a proposal to construct a commercial building on property
located on the north side of Six Mile Road, between Newburgh Road and
Fitzgerald Avenue (37290 Six Mile Road), in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 8
