Planning Commission, re submitted by Steve's Family Dining, in connection with Petition 2005-05-08-10 which previously received site plan approval by the City Council on June 20, 2005 (Council Resolution #318-05) to construct additions and renovate the exterior of the restaurant located on the northeast corner of Middlebelt Road and Broadmoor Avenue (15800 Middlebelt Road), in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13 8 LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVAL.
