Present: Ralph Bakewell, Kathy Bilger, Sue Daniel, Kathie Glynn and Kathy Johnson-Bartshe. Absent: James Kline and Donald Knapp. Minutes: Motion to approve the November 5, 2014 minutes by Kathy Bilger, seconded by Sue Daniel. Motion carried. Correspondence reviewed: The MOMCC Conference materials were given to each Commissioner. The Conference dates are: March 12-14, 2015 in Collinsville, IL. Discussion of Forum membership and MHPN membership is tabled until all members are present. New Business: 2015 voting meeting schedule: February, May, August and November. Cemetery Walk: The first meeting will be in March. The Walk will be at Livonia Center Cemetery. Kathy Bilger is researching the genealogies of those buried in the Cemetery. LHPC Budget for 2015: Discussion of expenditures. State of the City Address will be on September 16, 2015. Membership and Subscriptions: Motion by Kathy Bilger, seconded by Sue Daniel, to allot up to $60.00 to renew our subscription to the National Trust and the Old House Journal magazines. Motion approved. LHPC 2015 Objectives: Kathy Johnson-Bartshe has prepared a draft of objectives for 2015. Historic Preservation Ordinance Revision: The Commissioners read through and discussed the revised ordinance. Each Commission was given a copy of the revised ordinance. Current Issues: LHPC Budget for 2015 – review of income and expenditures. Livonia Center Cemetery Arch Repair: Linda Wiacek has spoken with several people; she will give her report at the next meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 7:46 p.m. The next meeting will be on March 4, 2015. The next voting meeting will be on May 6, 2015. If a homeowner needs to bring an issue before the Commission before the next schedule voting meeting, an extra voting meeting will be called. Respectfully submitted, Kathleen Glynn Secretary
