PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY

On Monday, October 10, 2011, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at TOO p m Present: Conrad Schwartz, Brian
Meakin, Joe Laura, Laura Toy, Maureen Miller Brosnan and James McCann
Absent: John Pastor
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate, submitted Kathy I Oleski, Chief Financial Officer, Applied
Process, Inc , for refurbished equipment for their facility located at 12238
Newburgh Road, Livonia, MI 48150 (Industrial Development Overlay District
#92)
There were five (5) individuals present in the audience regarding this
matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:26 p m , on Monday,
October 10, 2011
