PUBLIC HEARING RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY

On Monday, February 14, 2011, the above hearing was held at the
City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
Council President McCann at 7 04 p m Present: Conrad Schwartz, John
Pastor, Brian Meakin, Laura Toy, Maureen Miller Brosnan, and James McCann
Absent: Joe Laura
Council President McCann stated that this was a public hearing on
the question whether to approve the Application for Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate, submitted by Scott A. Bain, CFO, Quality Metalcraft, Inc.,
purchase of new machinery to be utilized for die construction in automotive metal
stampings for their facility located at 33355 Glendale, Livonia, MI 48150
(Industrial Development Overlay District #109)
There was one (1) individual present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , on Monday,
February 14, 2011
