MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RE: PETITION 99-9-1-14 SUBMITTED BY
LELAND AND NOEL BITTINGER, FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING OF
PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN FAIRFIELD AND BROOKFIELD
AVENUES, SOUTH OF FIVE MILE ROAD, IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF
SECTION 22, FROM R-7 TO RC (Multiple Family Residential to
Condominium Residential)

On December 20, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
President Engebretson at 7 00 p m Present: John Walsh, Val Vandersloot,
Brian Duggan, Joe Laura and Jack Engebretson
Absent: Maureen Miller Brosnan and John Pastor
President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve Petition 99-9-1-14
submitted by Leland and Noel Bittinger requesting a change of zoning of property
located between Fairfield and Brookfield Avenues, South of Five Mile Road, in
the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, from R-7 to RC (Multiple Family Residential to
Condominium Residential)
There were eight (8) persons present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 27 p m , Monday,
December 20, 1999
