PUBLIC HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER TO
APPROVE REQUEST TO ESTABLISH AN
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BY ADMIRAL TOOL &
MANUFACTURING CO. FOR EXPANSION OF THEIR
OPERATION LOCATED AT 38010 AMRHEIN ROAD IN THE
KENSINGTON CENTER(CR 569-99)
On October 11, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Engebretson at
7 00 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, Brian Duggan and Jack Engebretson
Absent: John Walsh, Joe Laura and Maureen Miller Brosnan
President Engebretson stated that this was a public hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District for Admiral
Tool & Manufacturing Co for expansion of their operation located at 38010 Amrhein
Road in the Kensington Center
There was one (1) person present on this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 15 p m , Monday, October 11, 1999
