(INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 2) (CR 211-99) On May 17, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Vice President Walsh at 7 00 p m Present: John Walsh, John Pastor and Joe Laura Absent: Val Vandersloot, Brian Duggan, Maureen Miller-Brosnan and Jack Engebretson The Vice President stated that this was a public hearing on the question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate Troy, D Kennedy, Tax Specialist, General Motors Corporation — Powertrain Group, 12200 Middlebelt LRoad, re to cover the purchase and installation of machinery and equipment to upgrade crankshaft and Northstar V-8 machining process (Industrial Development District No 2) (CR 211-99) There were three (3) persons present on these matters Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
