MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
TO BE LOCATED IN THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 30
FOR COVINGTON CENTER, LLC
On January 20, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 7 02 p m Present: John Pastor, Brian Duggan, Joe Laura,
Maureen Miller Brosnan, John Walsh, and Jack Engebretson Absent Val
Vandersloot.
The President stated this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether
this City Council should establish Industrial Development District 71 in the
South 1/2 of Section 30, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan
of 1974, as amended, as requested by Covington Center LLC for construction of
a speculative building in units
There were two (2) persons present.
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 12 p m , January 20, 1999
