MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
TO BE LOCATED IN THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 28
FOR KONGSBERG AUTOMOTIVE, INC.
On January 25, 1999, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 7 00 p m Present: John Pastor, Joe Laura, Maureen Miller
Brosnan, John Walsh, Val Vandersloot and Jack Engebretson Absent. Brian
Duggan
The President stated this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether
this City Council should establish Industrial Development District 70 in the
W 1/4 of Section 28, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of
1974, as amended, as requested by Kongsberg Automotive, Inc
There were three (3) persons present.
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 23 p m , January 25, 1999
