MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FOR
ELECTRICFIL CORPORATION
On December 1, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Laura at 8 13 p m.
Present: Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor, Brian
Duggan, Femon P Feenstra, and Joe Laura. Absent: None.
President Laura stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether this
City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate,
submitted by Electricfil Corporation covering new industrial facilities to be located within IDD
No. 68.
There was one person present in the audience
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 19 p m , December 1, 1997
