MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 54
On October 1, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Laura at 7 04 p m
Present: Michael P McGee,* Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen
Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot and Joe Laura Absent: None
*McGee entered at 7.05 p m
President Laura stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of whether this
City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate,
submitted by Stephen D Ihrig, Corporate Counsel, EPI Printers, Inc. , 13305 Wayne Road, re
to cover personal property and equipment to be used to continue and expand the printing
business and real estate improvements to accommodate added equipment and expand
printing plant and parking facilities in IDD No 54
There were three (3) persons present in the audience
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p m , October 1, 1997
